Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Information Security is seeking a Cyber Threat Emulation Lead to build next-generation threat emulation capabilities for a global enterprise. This hands-on role designs adversary simulations and develops AI-assisted tooling to elevate offensive security testing.

You will work across global teams, touching enterprise, cloud, identity, and AI-enabled environments, and mentor others while turning prototypes into repeatable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Security with adversary simulation experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end security engagements in an enterprise.
• Hands-on offensive security testing and red teaming.
• Ability to design AI-assisted and agentic tooling.
• Strong communication of complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Mentor and develop other practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end red team engagements across identity, endpoints, network, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
• Develop custom offensive security tooling and reusable attack capabilities.
• Build AI-assisted and agentic workflows for reconnaissance, planning, and analysis.
• Coordinate multi-stage simulations and scale attack paths.
• Integrate large language models with telemetry and threat intel to drive workflows.
• Collaborate with SOC, detection, incident response, and threat intel teams.
• Stay current on global cyber trends and adapt research to Toyota context.
• Mentor other practitioners and contribute to tooling development.
