Job summary

Florida Blue Group is seeking an Associate Cybersecurity Threat Analyst to join its dynamic cybersecurity team in a fast-paced environment. You will help develop and implement comprehensive information security monitoring and threat analysis programs, applying security policies and standards across large and complex environments.

You will investigate, monitor, and maintain security product logging, alerts, and incident response activities while documenting actions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity or Systems Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems / Cybersecurity or related experience.
• CEH/GCIH/Security+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive threat analysis of cyber alerts and events.
• Respond to reports and alerts from security tools.
• Correlate threat data to identify actors in the environment.
• Conduct research and evaluate threat intel sources (TTPs).
• Assist with implementing security controls and mitigations.
• Create detailed security reports for audits and business owners.
• Contribute to design, configuration, and monitoring program implementations.
• Support initiatives to improve cybersecurity operations.
