Job summary

Solutions³ LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support a U.S. Government client with onsite incident response, breach characterization, and rapid restoration of services.

This role requires documenting technical requirements, developing potential courses of action, and overseeing capability delivery aligned to mission needs.

Applicants should have 5+ years in IT cyber operations or related fields and possess an active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity operations and mission environments.
• Experience with incident response and mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and integration automation practices.
• Knowledge of change management and configuration control processes.
• Experience managing technology pilots and production transitions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct capability-based research into technology solutions addressing customer needs.
• Evaluate technology solutions against identified functional requirements, including trials.
• Remain up-to-date on emerging market technologies related to customer operations.
• Collaborate with knowledge management to maintain an inventory of technologies and data.
• Meet with request submitters to clarify requirements and align recommendations with mission needs.
