Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Familiar with the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives and active in AIMS - R3OC.
• Requires an appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience with related training.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with and embrace the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives and manage LM personnel activities including recruitment, hiring, and performance appraisals.
• Oversee time and attendance, merit planning, career development, mentorship, and formal actions for direct reports.
• Provide final written yearly assessment and participate in promotions and salary actions.
