Lockheed Martin, Cyber & Intelligence is seeking a LCoded Manager on the R3OC Team to lead personnel and ensure training, time charges, and annual evaluations are completed accurately. You will drive performance reviews, promotions, and salary actions for a high‑caliber cyber workforce.

The role demands implementing Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives, recruiting and mentoring direct reports, and maintaining strict security clearances while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Familiar with and embrace the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives.
• Currently working within AIMS - R3OC organization with mission related knowledge and experience.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI/FSP Security Clearance
• Experience managing task orders of similar type, and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with and embrace the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives.
• Responsible for Lockheed Martin personnel management activities, including implementing a communication plan, managing time and attendance, performing recruiting, and hiring activities, writing, and delivering performance appraisals, conducting merit planning, participating in promotion planning, career development counseling, mentoring, informal and formal performance improvement actions, and additional as-required functions for direct reports.
• Write and deliver performance appraisals and merit planning, and manage promotions and salary actions.
• Provide career development counseling and mentoring to direct reports.
• Manage time and attendance and other related personnel actions.
