Job summary

Lockheed Martin, Cyber & Intelligence is seeking a LCoded Manager on the R3OC Team to lead personnel and ensure training, time charges, and annual evaluations are completed accurately. You will drive performance reviews, promotions, and salary actions for a high‑caliber cyber workforce.

The role demands implementing Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives, recruiting and mentoring direct reports, and maintaining strict security clearances while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Familiar with and embrace the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives.
• Currently working within AIMS - R3OC organization with mission related knowledge and experience.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI/FSP Security Clearance
• Experience managing task orders of similar type, and complexity.

• Write and deliver performance appraisals and merit planning, and manage promotions and salary actions.
• Provide career development counseling and mentoring to direct reports.
• Manage time and attendance and other related personnel actions.

THE WORK

As an LCoded Manager on the R3OC Team, you are responsible for the performance and evaluation of the individuals of the team, ensuring they complete required training, enter correct time charges, provide written and verbal feedback, including a final written yearly assessment, and promotion and salary actions.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
