Job summary

Peraton is seeking a senior IT infrastructure manager to lead a team delivering 24/5 technical support for computer systems and networks in a US-based environment.

You will oversee data center operations, ensure SLA compliance, and evaluate new information systems while coordinating required bids for hardware and software. Experience with VMware, DISA STIGs, and Agile workflows is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 10 years of IT/security experience.
• Experience administering VMware infrastructure.
• DoD 8570.01-Manual IAT Level II Baseline Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides 24/5 technical support for computers and networks and leads a team.
• Oversees data center operations and ensures SLA attainment.
• Evaluates new information systems and suggests improvements.
• Coordinates bid specifications for hardware and software purchases.
• Manages deployment and upgrades of servers, desktops, OS, and printers.
