Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Cyber Systems Administrator (Vulnerability Analyst) to support the DMOC-IDE team at Kirtland AFB. The role focuses on maintaining Windows/Linux systems, performing vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements in a high‑fidelity LVC training environment.

The position requires an active secret clearance, strong collaboration with cybersecurity and network teams, and experience with ACAS/Nessus, STIGs, and patch management.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance is required prior to starting.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or Associate with 4+ years, or HS Diploma with 6+ years experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux in enterprise/DoD environments.
• Familiarity with ACAS/Nessus scanning, patching workflows, and STIG application.
• Ability to lift/move hardware up to 50 lbs.
• Certifications such as Security+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Windows and Linux systems in a hybrid classified environment.
• Coordinate with network admins, engineers, and users for performance.
• Install and maintain server/workstation hardware and VTC gear.
• Administer Active Directory accounts, groups, and policies.
• Support patch management and track remediation progress.
• Monitor and secure DoD DMOC baseline configurations.
• Test new releases for compatibility with minimal disruption.
