Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Analyst (Cyber Survivability) to support critical national security programs at Fort Huachuca. The role focuses on end-to-end T&E planning, execution, and reporting, with emphasis on operational effectiveness, survivability, and secure cryptographic architectures.

The ideal candidate will hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance (polygraph ability) and an IAT Level II certification, with 7+ years in T&E, DoD system testing, or related military

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of specialized T&E, systems engineering, or military experience.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to pass polygraph are mandatory.
• IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CISSP-SSCP, OSCP, GIAC GSEC).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage the T&E framework for national security programs.
• Plan, execute, and report OT&E activities including data collection and analysis.
• Author Test Plans, OT&E documentation, and Final Test Reports.
• Coordinate with cyber teams to integrate cyber survivability into test scenarios and ROE.
• Prepare executive briefings and maintain project milestones.
