Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a Test and Evaluation Analyst (Cyber Survivability) to lead end-to-end T&E for national security programs at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will develop test strategies, ensure cyber survivability is integrated into test scenarios, and manage OT&E documentation with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph readiness.

The role requires a strong background in OT&E, data analysis, and collaboration with cyber and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with DoD-related experience.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required and ability to pass a polygraph.
• IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+, CySA+, ISC2).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage the core T&E framework for national security programs.
• Author OT&E documentation including Test Plans and OT Readiness Briefs.
• Lead data collection for OT&E events and analyze findings for operational impact.
• Coordinate with cyber teams to integrate survivability requirements into test scenarios.
• Present critical T&E deliverables to senior leadership and stakeholders.
