Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Principal T&E Integrator to harmonize test and evaluation standards across multiple national security programs. You will mentor teams, drive QA/QC, and deliver rigorous evaluation reports to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership, 5+ years in T&E, and a Master’s degree in a technical field, with active Top Secret/SCI clearance. On-site work at Fort Huachuca, AZ is expected.

Qualifications

• Mastery of T&E methodologies, test design, and statistical data analysis.
• Excellent written and briefing skills for senior military and civilian leadership.
• Ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary test teams and security personnel.

Responsibilities

• Track and perform QA/QC on OT&E tasks and deliverables to ensure high realism.
• Translate complex data and anomalies into clear operational assessments for senior leaders.
• Mentor teams in data collection methodologies and secure test practices.
• Support evaluation of secure voice and data pipelines under simulated threat conditions.
• Oversee integration of cryptographic systems and secure networks during testing.
