Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in strategy, business transformation, operating model, growth strategy, or enterprise change.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and execution alignment.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% based on client needs and engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams that support enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation objectives.
• Manage teams in developing analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives.
• Oversee creation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables used for decision-making and implementation planning.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Support business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives.
