Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Cyber focused Strategic Projects Lead for the Public Sector team in Washington, DC.

You will build and optimize data labeling pipelines, design taxonomies with clients, and manage cross-functional programs spanning operations, engineering, and Go-to-Market to deliver high‑quality cyber test and evaluation data for LLMs. You will own day-to-day progress on high-priority pipelines, validate feasibility with customers, and drive scalable, economical data solutions while

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required to work on secure government-related data.
• 2–3 years of experience in product development, data science, or operations.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data, build queries, and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain operations infra for labeled data pipelines.
• Design dataset taxonomies with customers to evaluate agents/models.
• Own day-to-day progress on data production pipelines.
• Translate cyber domain knowledge into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
• Scope customer engagements via technical feasibility validation for scalability.
• Influence cross-org collaboration to ensure data quality and scalability.
• Own program financial health by managing COGS through planning and tooling decisions.
• Use analytics to track progress and optimize pipeline performance.
• Take ownership of increasingly large data delivery components for key customers.
