Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Cyber Software Test Engineer to join our team across Annapolis Junction MD, San Antonio TX, Aurora CO, and Carey, NC. You will analyze requirements and develop evaluation plans to support test and evaluation of complex systems.

Key duties include planning and executing performance data collection, reporting results, and collaborating with government sponsors to ensure T&E activities align with program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Familiar with Government test & evaluation concepts and related engineering activities.
• Ability to coordinate with SE and test teams to inform evaluation planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and operation concepts to develop evaluation plans and procedures.
• Support the development of Government T&E documentation such as Strategy and Master Plan.
• Plan and execute performance data collection and analysis for testing activities.
• Coordinate with Government sponsors and test organizations for T&E integration.
