Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Sr. Principal Cyber Software Test Engineer to lead test and evaluation activities across multi-site programs. You will analyze requirements, develop evaluation plans, and oversee data collection and analysis to support decision points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience with 8+ years
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Strong experience in test & evaluation planning and execution

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and COFs to develop test plans and procedures
• Prepare data collection and analysis, report status and results
• Develop and review T&E documentation (Strategy, Master Plan, Event Plans)
• Coordinate with SE for evaluation planning and risk assessment
• Plan, execute performance data collection and analysis for system testing
