Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Senior Director, Cyber Security to lead enterprise-wide strategy, strengthen security operations, and protect critical systems, data, and customers across healthcare, life sciences, and regulated environments.

You will partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to advance a risk-based security program, improve control maturity, and support resilience of Clarivate's Life Science business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of cyber security experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments.
• 5+ years of leadership in cyber security teams or programs.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP and data integrity principles.
• Experience defining enterprise cyber security strategy, roadmaps, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cyber security strategy, roadmap, and operating model to reduce enterprise risk.
• Lead cyber security programs across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to embed security requirements.
• Oversee monitoring, escalation, investigation, and response to security incidents.
• Drive improvement of security controls, policies, standards, and reporting.
