GRVTY seeks a Cyber Security Project Engineer with TS/SCI + Poly to join critical defense programs in Herndon, VA. This role focuses on in-depth penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable data for senior decision-makers.

Candidates will work on enterprise security projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing tests, and advancing risk mitigation with comprehensive reporting. On-site work in Northern VA is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Proven experience in cyber security or related IT field.
• Demonstrated experience with cyber penetration testing.
• Experience applying computer attack methods and system exploitation techniques.
• Knowledge of cyber security principles for Linux, Windows, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Support penetration testing and ethical hacking to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
• Provide documented, actionable risk and threat mitigation plans for senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic security investments.
