Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity or IT field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 4 years evaluating or supporting cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate risk-based, data-driven strategy and roadmaps with engineering and operations partners.
• Analyze alternatives based on threat, risk, and feasibility.
• Stay abreast of industry advances to address the threat landscape.
• Advise executives with risk-grounded insights for decision making.
• Lead build vs. buy decisions for security solutions.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to assess market cybersecurity solutions.
• Groom product backlog and translate vision into detailed initiatives with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain credibility with teams and partners across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure services meet evolving product needs.
• Iterate products to production and scale.
• Define product value propositions, metrics, and KPIs.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead team members to perform at their best.
