Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP in Denver seeks a Cyber Security Analyst reporting to Information Security Manager responsible for risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, incident response, and designing controls for AI systems. You will use SEIM/EDR tools, analyze threats, coordinate with IT teams, and help implement security policies.

Strong communication and collaboration required; three years' experience and security certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or computer engineering.
• Three (3) years of cyber security experience.
• Minimum of one security technical certification such as SSCP, GSEC, CEH and Security+.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document security and privacy risk and assist with control implementation.
• Respond to alerts and contain cyber security incidents.
• Assist with developing and maintaining information security policies and procedures.
• Evaluate threats using EDR/XDR and SIEM tools and develop remediation plans.
• Interface with vendors, clients, and IT teams to implement controls and share risk insights.
• Support vulnerability management and participate in client audits.
