Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking an ATO Administrator to oversee RMF processes via eMASS administration and daily cybersecurity operations within the MCU environment at Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities include authoring SSPs and RARs, maintaining RMF artifacts, coordinating with system owners and ISSMs, and leading RMF training. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with active DoD clearance and strong RMF expertise.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active DoD Interim Secret or Secret Clearance.
• 6+ years in federal cybersecurity environments, with 4+ years managing DoD information systems and RMF.
• IAT Level III certification (CISSP, CASP+ CE or CISM).
• Strong RMF, SSP, CCB, COOP knowledge.
• Familiar with NIST 800-53, ACAS, DoD STIGs, continuous monitoring, FedRAMP, and DoD 8500-series.
• Experience with eMASS and security reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMF processes via eMASS administration and daily cybersecurity operations.
• Author SSPs, RARs, and security assessment reports for ATO packages.
• Maintain RMF artifacts, Body of Evidence, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely submission/renewal of ATO packages and deadlines.
• Collaborate with system owners, ISSMs, and technical teams for compliance.
• Lead RMF training on processes, tool administration, and incident response.
