Job summary

E Logic is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst (RMF/ATO) to lead DoD RMF lifecycle and ATO efforts for SAS/SAS-C at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The role emphasizes vulnerability management, eMASS documentation, and continuous monitoring to meet NIST 800-53 Rev 5 requirements.

The ideal candidate will have DoD RMF/ATO experience, an active SECRET clearance, and be able to work on-site. DoD policies, ACAS, STIGs, and DoW standards will guide day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of DoD RMF/ATO experience is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory; an active SECRET clearance is required.
• Certification: IAT II (e.g., Security+ CE) is required; IAT III or CISSP is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, eMASS, ACAS, and STIGs.
• Strong understanding of FISMA, continuous monitoring, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Proficient English communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF/ATO activities for SAS and SAS-C systems to completion.
• Manage ATO packages from initiation to authorization.
• Implement continuous monitoring per DoD standards and address vulnerabilities.
• Establish and manage an ACAS server with STIGs applied to systems.
• Coordinate with ISSE and ISSM to implement controls and POA&Ms in eMASS.
