CPS Energy in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Analyst Cyber Security 3 to help plan and execute security measures across CPS Energy information systems. The role covers governance, asset security, architecture, IAM, testing, operations and secure software development.

The candidate will perform risk assessments, monitor policy compliance, and support incident response while contributing to security deliverables and ongoing improvements to security configurations across production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, IT or related field; active certification required
• Active security certification from CASP+ CE, CCNP-Security, CISA, GCIH, or CISSP
• Experience with information security risk assessments and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of security policies, incident response, and security controls across enterprise networks
• Ability to design incident response for cybersecurity incidents not covered by existing plans

Responsabilités

• Act as internal information security consultant across CPS Energy
• Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Promote information security awareness internally
• Perform security risk assessments and document evidence
• Review system security plans and monitor policy compliance
• Support incident response and resolution of security incidents
• Contribute to security deliverables for production and new development
• Propose ongoing security configuration improvements
• Carry out other duties as assigned
