The Opportunity

The Zscaler Engineer Senior will oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure network security and performance, conducting risk assessments, and responding to incidents.

Our Zero Trust services help clients align security strategies with business goals, managing access and enforcing policies with the support of third-party vendors, offering services from strategy to implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions.
• Monitor and configure Zscaler services.
• Conduct security assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment.
• Respond to security incidents involving Zscaler.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Provide training on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay current with Zscaler trends and technologies.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong understanding of Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA).
• Experience configuring and managing Zscaler services.
• Knowledge of network security practices and standards.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
