Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Administration: Support and optimize Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Office platforms, configure security settings, and manage compliance features.
2. Data Governance and Compliance: Implement policies ensuring regulatory compliance, monitor metrics, and oversee data classification and DLP policies.
3. User Support: Provide technical assistance and best practices guidance to end-users.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT, security, and compliance teams; communicate incident reports and improvement recommendations.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on platform features, automate activities with scripting, and identify process enhancements.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation; generate performance and compliance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).
