Job summary

Chitra Productions, LLC is seeking an Institutional Training Developer to design, develop, and evaluate training for the Cyber School. You will turn technical requirements into effective instruction and maintain course materials as requirements evolve.

Your responsibilities include developing skill-based materials, applying ADDIE, reviewing programs, and maintaining training records with tools such as TDC, SharePoint, and Blackboard.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
• Experience with automated training development databases such as TDC.
• Two years designing full-length instructional materials with Adult/Experiential Learning models or five years in military IT/communications.
• Experience with a range of training methods and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Strong writing, organization, records management, and office applications.
• CFD-DC or eligibility to attend within 60 days of contract start.

In this role, you will turn technical and operational requirements into effective instruction, maintain course materials, and help improve training as requirements evolve.

What you’ll do

• Develop skill-based instructional materials and lesson plans using the Adult Learning Model or Experiential Learning Model.
• Apply the ADDIE process to analyze training needs, design instruction, develop materials, support implementation, and evaluate results.
• Review training programs, apply evaluation criteria, resolve development challenges, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain training records, survey results, reference materials, and functional files using tools such as TDC, SharePoint, Blackboard, and Microsoft Office.

Must haves:

• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• At least one year of experience working in an automated training development database such as Training Development Capability (TDC).
• Either two years of experience designing full-length, skill-based instructional materials and writing lesson plans using the Adult Learning Model or Experiential Learning Model; or five years of military experience in communications and information technology systems, force structure, information assurance, Homeland Defense, NETOPS, digital COTS systems, and unified land operations.
• Experience with a range of training methods, techniques, and tools, including developing new approaches and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Strong writing, organization, records management, and office application skills.
• Graduation from the Common Faculty Development–Developers Course (CFD-DC) or TDC Course, or eligibility to attend required training within 60 days of contract start or at the course’s earliest availability.
