Job summary

Travelers Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Manager within our Cyber Risk Services team. This role leads projects to develop and deliver cutting-edge cyber risk assessment and mitigation services for clients, informing underwriting decisions and guiding cybersecurity initiatives to strengthen the portfolio.

You will ensure timely and professional responses to policyholders, brokers and underwriters via our customer service ticketing system and phone calls.

Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of effective problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Extensive knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and what causes cyber attacks and claims.

Responsibilities

• Consult on cybersecurity controls and best practices to assist clients in enhancing their security posture.
• Conduct moderately complex comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats for policyholders.
• Analyze and evaluate existing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to support recommendations.
• Develop and deliver actionable recommendations to policyholders on how to mitigate identified moderately complex cyber risks.
• Collaborate with underwriters to provide insights into client cyber risk profiles.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving cyber threat landscape.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing Cyber Risk Advisory services and develop new offerings.
