Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity, Quantitative Risk, to lead quantitative methods measuring cybersecurity risk across the enterprise and to inform investment priorities and risk reporting. You will partner with Cyber GRC, Strategy, Security Operations, Finance, and business leaders to align risk insights with strategy.

You will develop and maintain risk models, perform scenario analyses including Monte Carlo, and apply FAIR or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years in IT or cybersecurity.
5+ years in cybersecurity risk management, analytics, or enterprise risk.
Experience developing risk models, scoring methodologies, and quantitative reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise cyber risk quantification initiatives and establish a measurable view of risk exposure.
Translate quantitative risk insights into recommendations for executives and governance forums.
Partner with security, finance, audit, and business functions to inform risk-based decisions.
Develop risk assessment methodologies, risk models, and scoring approaches.
