Responsibilities

• Use evidence, analysis and stakeholder engagement to support delivery and develop clear, practical guidance for colleagues across HMPPS.
• Insight and reporting: manage and develop new reporting and insight capabilities, identify trends and risks, and turn information into clear insights for decision-making and future planning.
• Policy and guidance: support policy and guidance that helps staff identify, assess and manage technology-related offending risks, using evidence and operational insight to ensure outputs are practical and proportionate.
• Lead or support projects that improve practice across prisons, probation and partner organisations.
