Ministry of Justice’s Probation Service invites applications for Senior Project Manager - Corporate Services (CAS). The role leads across corporate functions, with responsibility for the CAS Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Team and delivery of EDIB and Engagement initiatives within Probation.

The 18-month temporary position reports to the Head of Business Strategy and Change, working within a multi-disciplinary team to stabilise the Target Operating Model and support change

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading cross-functional corporate services teams.
• Ability to manage risk, governance and reporting.
• Experience with Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives.

• Provide leadership across CAS corporate functions.
• Lead the CAS EDIB Team and delivery of EDIB plans.
• Support business planning, risk management and financial assurance.
• Coordinate Change and Business Manager activity across CAS.
• Drive TOM implementation and stabilisation across regions.
