Tradeweb Markets is seeking a Cyber Risk Manager to lead the organization’s cyber risk program within the Information Security function. You will assess risks, drive the second line assurance program, and manage third-party cyber risk for a growing fintech environment.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of risk management, and familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO standards, plus GDPR/RegSCI compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience in cyber risk or information security.
• Strong knowledge of technology and cyber risks; experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO frameworks and standards.
• Knowledge of GDPR, RegSCI and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience with policy management and regulatory compliance in financial services.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and oversight of Cyber Security risk management within ERM framework.
• Manage cyber risk program activities and coordinate with technology, business and other stakeholders.
• Maintain cyber-risk register, control catalogue and policy documentation; articulate risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Embed Information Security Policy and management framework across the company.
• Oversee third-party cyber risk assessments and vendor engagements; manage audits and regulatory exams.
• Track metrics and KPIs; provide updates to senior management and regulators; mentor junior staff.
