Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to help financial institutions, fintechs, payments providers, and other financial-services organizations manage cybersecurity risk in a rapidly evolving technology and regulatory environment. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial-services cybersecurity and technology risk, with exposure to digital assets and Banking-as-a-Service.

Qualifications

• At least five years in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Experience in the financial-services industry.
• Broad exposure to emerging financial technologies.
• Ability to explain cybersecurity implications of new tech to clients.
• Strong governance and controls knowledge in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity engagements for banks, fintechs, and payments providers.
• Evaluate cybersecurity implications of evolving technologies (digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins).
• Assess risks related to asset custody, keys, wallet infra, APIs, cloud, and third-party integrations.
• Help clients apply cybersecurity principles to new products and models.
• Evaluate governance, incident response, and resilience across financial ecosystems.
• Advise on relationships among banks, fintechs, program managers, and tech providers.
• Assess programs against FFIEC, GLBA, NYDFS CS Reg, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
• Communicate risks to executives and teams.
• Manage engagements from planning through delivery.
• Mentor junior professionals and grow Crowe's cybersecurity capabilities.
