Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Technology, Cyber, and Business Continuity Exercise Planner to join the Baltimore Fusion team. You will plan and deliver exercises across cyber, technology, and physical scenarios to test and strengthen incident response and business continuity.

The role involves building tooling, coordinating with Technology and security teams, and delivering high‑quality simulations. The position is part of the Risk & Resiliency Mgmt III family at Associate level, focusing on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in cyber security, business continuity, disaster recovery, IT operations, incident management, crisis management, or related fields.
• Experience planning and facilitation of operational exercises or leading multi-discipline teams during major incidents or cyber responses.
• Ability to rapidly absorb information and understand how a system, process, or function works.
• Ability to identify gaps in knowledge and proactively seek information.
• Ability to lead sessions with multi-disciplinary teams from junior staff to senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey outcomes to a wide audience.
• Ability to synthesize multiple asks and timelines into clear milestones in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of exercises to assess operational threat response capability.
• Develop tooling and enhance information management for the Fusion Exercise Program.
• Deliver tabletop, drills, functional exercises, and full-scale simulations.
• Collaborate with Technology, business units, infrastructure, security, regulatory, and legal teams.
• Develop and track program KPIs and actions from exercises.
• Develop documentation to improve delivery of exercise services.
