Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a Manager who will lead the enterprise Cyber Security Exercise & Simulation Program, maturing its strategy, governance, and outcomes across technical, operational, and executive audiences.

You will develop exercise scenarios, manage a library of scenarios, and report on metrics, with a focus on risk reduction and resilience. A strong leader will drive collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in cybersecurity or related discipline.
• 3+ years of people leadership and talent management.
• Experience designing, facilitating, executing, and evaluating exercises.
• Knowledge of the NIST CSF and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, maturity, and continuous improvement of the cyber exercise program.
• Oversee design, development, execution, and evaluation of exercises across audiences.
• Maintain a cyber scenario library reflecting current functions and gaps.
• Define and track program metrics and effectiveness measures.
• Deliver after action reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations.
• Manage a high performing team and collaborate with senior leadership.
