Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking a Cyber Resilience Business Analyst to sit between business analysis and enterprise resilience in Washington, DC. The role focuses on continuity, disaster recovery, cyber-recovery coordination, and operational readiness, beyond a generic Agile BA seat.

The candidate will lead requirements gathering, map processes, write test cases, and manage UAT for resilience solutions, coordinating tabletop exercises and DR assessments while reporting metrics to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst on enterprise IT, business continuity, or cyber resilience.
• Formal BA methods; Visio (or equivalent) process mapping.
• Requirements tools such as Jira or HP Quality Center.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive-ready communication.
• Ability to drive deliverables independently.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

You will sit between business analysis and enterprise resilience: continuity, disaster recovery, cyber-recovery coordination, and operational readiness. This is not a generic Agile BA seat.
