Job summary

By Light HQ is looking for a Test Engineer in Orlando, FL, to support the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) and RangeOS software integration. This role involves hands-on software testing in classified environments, ensuring system readiness and interoperability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant testing experience, and an active Secret clearance. Joining a multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate on key software validation tasks for U.S. Cyber Command.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing.
• Familiarity with grey-space or isolated testing environments.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Python or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate and maintain detailed test documentation.
