Serco Inc. invites experienced professionals for a Cyber Ranges Support role at the Pentagon.

You will embed with AF/A35E and serve as the key conduit with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners to advance OTTI integration and mission readiness. The role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree, and a track record of building strategic networks across DoD with strong policy development and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in defense modeling and simulation.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategies for AF-wide initiatives.
• Experience with DoD requirements/process and RMF compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Embed with AF/A35E and coordinate with Air Force Interoperability Council.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise to support USAF initiatives and OTTI integration.
• Offer subject-matter expertise on Cyber Range topics for AF/A35E tasks.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy development.
• Support initiatives aligned with AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
