Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Ranges Support professional for a critical Pentagon mission. You will embed with Air Force stakeholders, deliver Cyber Range expertise, and shape policy guidance to strengthen OTTI and Modeling & Simulation readiness across the Air Force.

The role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and ~10 years of experience. Travel up to 10% and senior-level collaboration with cross‑functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Experience with HAF and/or MAJCOM-level coordination processes, policy development and strategic communications at a senior level.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Requirements Process (JCIDS)/Acquisition/RMF compliance.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E and serve as the conduit with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise, insight, and strategic policy insight to support USAF initiatives and OTTI integration.
• Offer subject matter expertise on Cyber Range topics to AF/A35E activities and taskings.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
• Support initiatives aligned to AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
