Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Range Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced cyber training environments supporting USCYBERCOM initiatives. You will build cyber range content, configure networks, and manage lab state across Windows and Linux hosts.

The role requires hands-on experience with virtualization, cyber tooling, and delivering repeatable event delivery, with emphasis on coordination with content developers and stakeholders. TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8 years of experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux in training environments.
• Experience with VMware and virtualized infrastructures.
• Security certifications or DoD clearance considerations (TS/SCI CI polygraph).

Responsibilities

• Build and configure cyber range content (VMs, networks, tooling) to meet event objectives.
• Plan, build, and execute cybersecurity training and validation events in range environments.
• Operate offensive and defensive training content, including red cell tools and sensors.
• Provide Windows and Linux lab maintenance, patching, and restoration of lab state.
• Develop and update technical runbooks, docs, and after‑action inputs.
