Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyber Operations expert in Maryland to guide the implementation and delivery of Cyber Training systems. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in operational planning, network administration, and multi-spectrum cyber operations. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and eight years of experience are required, along with an active Top Secret clearance. The role offers competitive benefits, including a salary range of $92,300.00 – $166,850.00 and multiple health benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant field, or additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of the 5 stages of joint event life cycle as it applies to training.
• Experience with security monitoring platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification Requirement: IAT Level II/II such as Security +, CCNA Security, CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational planning in support of training and exercises.
• Provide network administration support for network environment.
• Support large-scale cyber exercises and multi-spectrum cyber operations.
• Coach lower-level technical staff and focus on process improvement.
• Work with stakeholders on requirement changes impacting training.
