Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• Extensive background in software development, systems engineering, or software architecture.
• Proven experience designing Java microservices and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, specifically AWS Lambda and Amazon S3.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to architect data ingestion and normalization solutions.
• Experience authoring technical documentation and presenting briefings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end enterprise software.
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of Java-based microservices and REST API integrations.
• Guide data ingestion, normalization, and workflow strategies leveraging cloud services.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, system designs, and status briefings for program reviews.
• Collaborate with external enterprise programs to integrate web services and monitor production applications.
• Participate in code reviews and establish quality standards for software updates and debugging processes.
