Job summary

Revolutional, LLC is seeking a Cyber Project Manager in the Washington, DC area to oversee IT and cybersecurity projects for a Federal government client. The role requires strong NICE framework experience, RMF knowledge, and cloud security leadership.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and performance targets under a Public Trust eligibility scenario.

Qualifications

• Advanced NICE framework capability with demonstrated abilities to perform core tasks.
• PMI PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Recent experience in program and project management for Federal government information security or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience in cloud security and secure cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of NIST RMF and Federal cybersecurity policy, standards, and guidelines.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and cybersecurity projects, overseeing all contract support activities and deliverables.
• Provide project direction, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to meet scope, schedule, budget and performance.
• Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors for successful outcomes.
• Guide secure cloud-based solutions aligned with Federal cybersecurity requirements.
• Support RMF activities including system authorization, compliance, and continuous monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with Federal cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Communicate risks and vulnerabilities to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Synthesize information to support decision-making and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, briefings, and status reports for government stakeholders.
