Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Technical Project Manager near the National Capital Region to lead a premier, enterprise-scale cybersecurity program for a major federal civilian agency. The role requires 7+ years in IT project management, PMP, and active Public Trust 6c clearance.

You will drive Agile delivery across SOC, CDM, CI/CD, and engineering teams, coordinating with federal stakeholders and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution within ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting Information Technology in a project manager capacity.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Public Trust 6c clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of IAM and AWS GovCloud.
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundation framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate resources and establish priorities for project success.
• Design plans with milestones based on scope, budget, and personnel.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and demos.
• Develop project documentation such as charters and CONOPS.
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders to align goals and compliance.
