Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cyber Project Manager / Agile Scrum Master to support our customer onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role leads complex cybersecurity, infrastructure, and mission support programs within a high-security environment, guiding multidisciplinary teams through full project lifecycles and Agile delivery.

You will ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and IC standards, manage risk and stakeholders, and oversee agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and performance metrics across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience in cybersecurity/IT in classified environments.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Security+ CE required.
• Leads Agile teams and manages complex technical programs.
• Strong knowledge of NIST RMF/CSF, CNSSI 1253, DoD 8140/8570.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber, cloud, and security modernization projects in classified environments.
• Develop charters, master schedules, resource plans, and metrics.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance for multiple programs.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including cybersecurity engineers and mission partners.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and IC standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices.
• Provide executive status reports and risk assessments.
