Job summary

Tharros seeks an Exploitation Analyst to support the US Navy with operational test and evaluation of cyber capabilities. You will develop detailed test objectives, lead test planning, and coordinate with red teams and DoD partners to advance cyber OT&E objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in DoD cyber operations, strong analysis of complex systems, and excellent communication for briefing senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, or related technical field, or 5+ years of DoD cyber operations planning or exploitation analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OPTEVFOR Exploitation Analyst supporting cyber survivability policy and processes.
• Develop cyber test plans following OPTEVFOR procedures and templates.
• Coordinate with warfare divisions and red teams to ensure executable test objectives.
• Lead test execution and post-test data validation and reporting.
• Support post-test processes and final report generation with traceability to objectives.
