Job summary

Tharros Defense is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to support Navy cyber warfare engineering and security services for naval aviation programs. You will contribute to mission-focused technical analysis, cyber resiliency, system workflow improvement, and data processing support for Navy stakeholders.

You will join a technical team supporting Navy customers, program offices, Department of the Navy and Fleet stakeholders.

Qualifications

Active TS, SCI-eligible
DCWF qualification: 541 or approved DoD/military training
IAT Level II Certification
Experience with DoD/Navy/RDT&E environments
Ability to translate technical findings into clear government documentation

Responsibilities

Analyze Navy cyber warfare engineering and security data processing challenges.
Review application workflows, system administration processes, network considerations, and schedule constraints.
Document current-state system capabilities, data flows, user needs and constraints for Government review.
Support systems management and integration activities across cyber, DOD/DoD RDT&E environments and data environments.
Identify gaps in existing computer systems and draft improvement recommendations.
Evaluate commercially available software options when requested by customer or lead.
Collect input from users, technical teams, and personnel to support capability assessments.
Prepare analysis products, briefings, workflow documentation, and technical notes for Government review.
Track actions, findings, and data requests per project direction.
Follow security, OPSEC, CUI handling and Government-site procedures while supporting classified and unclassified work.
