Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Cyber Operations Support Specialist based in Ashburn, VA to manage CSD SharePoint sites and related content. You will oversee taskers, ensure compliance with CBP security policies, and support the annual operation and training calendars.

The role requires a BS degree in IT or related field with 4–8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Teams environments, plus strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Qualifications

BS degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
4–8 years of relevant experience; additional certifications may suffice in lieu of degree.
4–8 years of experience with designing and developing within Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Portal, SharePoint, Automate, Dataverse).
Experience designing and maintaining SharePoint/Teams apps, web pages, and permission settings.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development.
Ability to gather requirements, document, and execute tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize the structure, navigation, and layout of CSD SharePoint sites; manage user permissions and compliance with security policies.
Provide user support for SharePoint site issues and ensure accessibility compliance (Section 508).
Develop and finalize SOPs, processes, and playbooks; support content creation for the CSD monthly newsletter.
Develop, edit, and format content for SharePoint/Teams sites; monitor and manage taskers and annual operation calendars.
