Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Project Manager for the USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area. The role involves managing the task management program, coordinating high-visibility engagements, onboarding new staff, and preparing detailed plans and reports.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years PM experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with multitasking capacity
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• U.S. citizenship required
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and administrative duties for the Command's task management program.
• Manage event calendars and coordinate engagements across directorates.
• Coordinate with the executive assistant to deconflict high-visibility engagements.
• Provide administrative support to directorate staff and leadership.
• Greet visitors and support onboarding for new employees and team members.
• Foster cross-division relationships and manage status trackers.
• Support the Chief of Staff in executing projects and drafting communications.
• Develop work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and manage tracking and analysis.
• Recommend actions to implement approved solutions
