The MIL Corporation is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner (Logistics, Senior Analyst) to support the Naval Aviation Red Team at Patuxent River, MD. You will shape upcoming cyber operations, develop plans, ensure objectives are met, and author after-action reports for the customer.

This on-site role offers a compressed work schedule and requires Top Secret clearance. Compensation is to be discussed with MIL during the hiring process, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing cyber operations planning and coordination.
• Solid understanding of penetration testing or red-team concepts and common tools.
• Broad technical understanding of system and network design fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Design detailed plans for upcoming cyber operations aligned with mission objectives.
• Participate in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration of actions.
• Monitor execution and lead after-action reporting to the customer.
• Prepare status reports and maintain essential records.
• Ensure scheduling follows AIR-RT SOP and close in scheduling systems.
• Prepare reports for management and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Determine schedule compliance and reasons for shortfalls.
