Job summary

Nisga’a CIOPS is seeking a Mission Relevant Terrain - Cyber (MRT-C) Site Lead in the Colorado Springs area to direct a large, multidisciplinary team delivering high-priority U.S. Space Force missions.

The successful candidate will set priorities, develop staff, build accountability, and communicate across stakeholders to ensure delivery of MRT-C products. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership with MRT-C space, Mission Assurance, and cybersecurity experience to provide technical direction,

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting USSF mission capabilities, MRT-C identification, Mission Assurance, or related activities.
• 5+ years leading technical personnel with team performance and delivery responsibility.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; 20+ personnel preferred.
• Must have CISSP OR Security+ and one of: GICSP/GCED/PenTest+/GSEC or a B.S. in IT/cybersecurity/CS from ABET accredited institution.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large, multidisciplinary MRT-C team supporting USSF missions.
• Establish priorities, roles, and performance standards across the team.
• Mentor leads and analysts; support professional growth and retention.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders to align team activity with contract requirements.
• Provide timely, professional communication on execution, risks, and resource needs.
• Oversee MRT-C analysis, mission data, and security posture to mitigate cyber risks.
