Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Mission Relevant Terrain – Cyber (MRT-C) Site Lead to direct a large multidisciplinary team delivering high-priority USSF MRT-C products and space mission support. You will establish priorities, manage personnel development, and ensure delivery against contract requirements.

You must lead with strong people skills, cyber/MRT-C knowledge, and be able to engage with Government stakeholders while maintaining quality and schedules across missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years supporting USSF/mRT-C mission capabilities or related activities.
• Minimum 5 years leading technical personnel and delivering to customers.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; 20+ personnel preferred.
• Must have CISSP or Security+ and a qualifying additional credential or ABET/CAE degree.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day direction for a large, multidisciplinary team supporting MRT-C activities.
• Establish priorities, roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across the team.
• Build a professional team culture focused on mission accomplishment, collaboration, and accountability.
• Mentor team leads, identify development opportunities, and support employee growth.
• Communicate program information clearly with Government stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and customer expectations.
